Lake Erie is only a 4 hour drive from Cincinnati and offers great sailing and cruising areas. The big water we like to call it. The whole world opens up from the Great Lakes so you can take your dream of sailing the open seas and make it a reality.
Our favorite marina on Lake Erie is Sandusk Harbor Marina. They are located on Sandusky Bay on the west side of Sandusky, Ohio. Access to the marina by auto is easy from State route 101 off state route 2 they are about an hour west of Cleveland or an hour east of Toledo. They offer great service at fair prices and have a long tradition of both. The location is great for the Islands of Lake Erie including Put in Bay and others.
